Drawing on her experience leading multi-billion-dollar global businesses at DuPont, Hexcel,, and Cornerstone Building Brands, Colleen brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational know-how. She has led major transformations, integrations, and turnarounds delivering double-digit EBITDA growth, market share expansion, and hundreds of millions in value creation. Her expertise spans strategy development, M&A due diligence and integration, business process optimization, commercial and operational excellence, leadership and talent development.

An entrepreneur at heart, Len has successfully started and sold a business within three years. In another engagement, he tripled sales in seven months by leading market expansion and product quality initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Len held senior commercial and marketing leadership roles at DuPont and Kaplan Test Prep, where he led large sales and marketing organizations, implemented national growth strategies, and consistently delivered top-tier results in revenue growth and market share.
